I’d say maybe this was general jewelry making stuff. Simple tools for general work. The drill guide might be that or a wire guide. Might be for sizing sterling or copper wire… Al pliers - non-sparking - but also won’t crush copper - maybe. Not electrical - Jewelry. Martin Martin H.
